How often to send
Monthly if the season is the story. Weekly if the jobs are big. Daily only when the list can carry it.
Monthly emails are $1,850 a month. One email. One offer. Fine when the work is seasonal and the list is already warm.
Weekly emails are $3,900. That's the usual plan. One email a week, follow-up on quotes that sat, and a one-page report.
Daily is 8% of sales we can tie to the list, with a $6,500 floor. Phone only. I only take it when the average job is high enough and the list is clean.
