Do I have to switch email tools?

Is this only for CRMs like ServiceTitan?
No. Email platforms count. CRMs and POS exports count. If past customers are in a spreadsheet, that can count too after a cleanup.
What do you optimize for?
Replies and jobs from people who already bought. Not vanity open rates.
How much does it cost?
The pilot is 10% of coded orders with a $600 to $1,200 floor. The email review is $747. Setup is $2,800. Monthly emails are $1,850 a month and weekly emails are $3,900 a month. Daily is 8% of list-tied sales with a $6,500 floor, phone only. You keep paying for your own email tool.
How fast can we start?
The review is done in about a week. Setup is the first week, with the first four emails included. The pilot starts once the floor is agreed in writing and the tracking code is in place.
What if my list is small or dusty?
