Kansas City
You've already got the list.
Most owners meant to write their customers. Then a job came in. I write four weekly emails in your voice. You pay 10% of orders placed within 14 days of a send, tracked with a unique code in each email. Floor runs $600 to $1,200 depending on list size, set before we start.
No list? If you have past customers in ServiceTitan, Jobber, QuickBooks, or a POS, you have a list. I'll pull it.
What you're paying for
I don't sell software. I don't hand you a template and wish you luck. I look at the list, write the emails, and send them. You approve the first month. After that you glance.
4-email pilot
Four weekly emails. You pay 10% of orders within 14 days of a send (unique code in each email). Floor $600 to $1,200, set before we start. If tracking is missing, we stop.
Pull the list if needed
ServiceTitan, Jobber, QuickBooks, or a POS export is enough. I clean it and write in your voice. You approve before anything sends.
Then weekly if it works
Shops that keep going usually land on weekly at $3,900 a month. The $747 review stays on the pricing page if you want a calendar before you send.
The math that matters
Opens are a soft metric now (Apple often counts an open even when nobody read it). I care about jobs from people who already paid you.
Worked example
1,800 past customers. 2% respond to a seasonal email. Average job $3,800.
That is about one job a week from people who already bought once. Your numbers will differ. This is the kind of math we run before you start.
Flooring and epoxy
High-end garage and floor jobs. The emails were about the work, not 10 percent off.
Specialty running store
An independent shop with a real customer file. It sounded like the person behind the counter, not a national chain.
The price
Cheap email is usually a waste.
A $99 template and one blast a month rarely earns a job. A big agency will quote $5,000 to $12,000 and bury the writing inside tools you don't need.
Start with the 4-email pilot: 10% of orders in 14 days, unique code per email, floor $600 to $1,200 set before we start. Weekly is $3,900 a month if you keep going. Daily is 8% of list-tied sales with a $6,500 floor.
You'll see the send, the replies, and the coded orders. I don't invent those numbers.
Weekly emails
$3,900 / mo
One email a week in your voice. I keep the list clean. I follow up on quotes that sat. You get a one-page report.
- Written in your voice
- Subject lines tested on the last send
- No fancy template unless you ask
- You approve the first month, then we run

Questions I get
How does the 4-email pilot work?
Four weekly emails in your voice. You pay 10% of orders placed within 14 days of a send, tracked with a unique code in each email. The floor runs $600 to $1,200 depending on list size, and we set it before the first send. If tracking is not in place, we stop.
Do I have to switch email tools?
No. If what you have already works, we keep it. I'm selling the writing and the sending, not a new login.
Who is this for?
Shops where a typical job is worth a few thousand dollars. Flooring, specialty retail, clinics, trades, firms. If a month of emails would cost more than a usual job, this isn't a fit.
What about open rates?
I do not lead with open rates. Apple Mail Privacy Protection often counts an open even when nobody read the email. I care about replies and jobs from people who already paid you. We can still look at opens as a soft signal after you start.
How often do you send?
Monthly emails are $1,850 a month. Weekly emails are $3,900. Daily is a split of the sales we can tie to the list, with a $6,500 floor. If you're not sure, start with the email review.
