Forms

The contact form (on the home and contact pages) collects your name, business, email, phone, list size, where your list lives, what you need, your city, website, and your message. It is sent by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-to-email service, to john@emailmarketingkc.com as a lead email. Forms use a hidden spam trap and Cloudflare Turnstile.

AI voice and chat

Calls and chats may be answered by an AI assistant and may be recorded and transcribed. Our AI voice and chat providers (ElevenLabs and xAI) process these conversations. Recordings and transcripts are kept 90 days. Before a chat on this site starts, you are asked to agree to recording. Anything you say or type becomes part of that record. The assistant code loads from unpkg.com, and the assistant may load its own resources from other providers, including images from Google Cloud Storage.

Phone calls and texts

Calls and texts to (816) 300-1791 are carried by our phone provider, Twilio. Calls may be answered by an AI assistant and may be recorded and transcribed, as described above.

Lead emails and post-call webhook copies

Form submissions reach us as lead emails. After a call or chat, a summary and transcript may also be sent to us by email and by a post-call webhook to our systems. Messages and call summaries sent to our inbox are kept as long as needed to respond and serve you, and deleted on request (email john@emailmarketingkc.com).

Payments

Plans that are paid online are billed on Stripe. Stripe collects your card details, name, email, and billing information. We receive a payment record, not your full card number.

Hosting, cookies, fonts, and maps

This site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes connection data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and protect the site. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits; Cloudflare states it does not use cookies for this. We do not use advertising pixels or session recording. Fonts are served from this site. There are no embedded maps; Google Maps links open Google's own site, under Google's privacy policy.

Sharing and your choices

We share information only with the providers named here, which process it for us, or when the law requires. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising. To see, correct, or delete what we hold, email john@emailmarketingkc.com or call (816) 300-1791.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13.
