Give each email one job

A receipt should stay a receipt, and your weekly email should come from the same address every week.

Gmail's Email sender guidelines are direct about this. Don't mix different types of content in the same message. Their example: don't put promotions in sales receipt messages. Messages in the same category should come from the same From: address. Receipts come from one address, and promotions come from another. The subject, headers, and display name should accurately represent the sender and the content.

Gmail's filters decide where your email lands, and Google ties these practices to keeping mail out of spam. Google also notes that mail from an address in the recipient's contacts is less likely to be marked as spam.

Inbox AI reads your email too. Gemini in Gmail can summarize long email threads into short bullet points. An email with one job gives that summary one thing to say.

For a Kansas City shop

  • Keep receipts and appointment reminders as receipts and reminders.
  • Keep the offer out of the receipt.
  • Send the weekly marketing email from one steady address.

That last one is our job. We research your industry, offers, customers, and competitors. We write every email from scratch and send one every week to the list you already have, from the same address each week. No drafts land on your desk. We guarantee one email goes out every week and that people on your list will open it.

To try it, start with the 4-email pilot on the pricing page, or read how it works.
