How the 4-email pilot works, step by step

If your customers love you but forget you between jobs, the 4-email pilot is the first step. Here is how it runs, using the terms on the pricing page.

1. Floor first. Floor $600 to $1,200 depending on list size, agreed in writing first. The floor is set before the first send, not after.
2. Tracking. Orders are tracked with a unique code in each email. We stop if tracking is not in place.
3. Writing. Four weekly emails in your voice. You approve before anything goes out.
4. Sending. I send one a week on the schedule we pick.
5. The fee. You pay 10% of orders placed within 14 days of a send, counted by the code.

Who it suits

A local business with past customers who forget them between jobs. Best fit is a list of about 500 or more real past customers. A few hundred clean names can work. Twenty thousand dead addresses do not.
